Our History:  People's Choice PREFERRED Insurance was started on November 31, 2007.  Experience is our most important company strength and core competency.  We have a combined 48 years of work experience between Preferred Insurance’s owners-Felipe and Rachel Payan, and Office Manager-Monica Suarez.  Our Agent, Rachel Payan has experience working at other independent insurance companies and also has experience as a business owner herself.  Our two major competitive strengths will be our excellent customer service and low insurance prices from independent insurance companies.
